The funny one. Sharp, impatient and always seemingly on the verge of exploding at the trivial things that annoy him (Adrian in particular). He's very lovable, actually. Born and raised in New York City which is where he says he is from regardless of where he resides. Raised for 10 years by sharks in the restaurant industry which has led him to develop a style of service he calls "charismatic aggression." As long as the food is great and the vibe is cool he can eat anywhere, again and again.
